I have received multiple e-mails asking me if I heard if J-lo and Marc Anthony are through. I must say that I have not heard.
Last night was a minor travesty on Dancing With The Stars. Billy Ray Cyrus didn’t go home. Nor did Norm. But it was Heather Mills who left last night. That just totally sucks. While she wasn’t the greatest dancer there, she was better than both Norm and that Achy Breaky guy.
There was considerable internet buzz this morning saying that Rosie O’Donnell may announce today that she plans to quit “The View” at the end of the season. Well this morning, it went down. Rosie announced that she is not going to come back to The View on a full time basis next year. Instead Miss. O’Donnell will be around for select episodes, and specials.
Myspace and reality show king Mark Burnett are teaming up for a new show. Burnett’s latest brainchild will attempt to find an undiscovered person to be the Independent candidate for President of the United States. The prize is $1 million and the winner will get the money as long as they use it to finance their real presidential campaign. Myspace and Mark Burnett in 08? Can you say Mango in 08 instead. I could totally win that race. I would run on the Britney LC ticket.
Former Spice Girl Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown has named her baby girl Angel Iris Murphy Brown after Eddie Murphy, the alleged father. Murphy and Brown were dating when she got pregnant, but Murphy has since broken up with her and has been dating Tracey Edmonds, the ex-wife of Babyface Edmonds. Oh Angel. David Letterman will be the guest on “Live with Regis & Kelly” tomorrow, April 26th, Regis’ first day back following his triple bypass surgery. Letterman and Regis are close friends and both underwent the same procedure by the same surgeon. I just now hope that Star Jackson admits to having Gastric Bypass, and then I will be a happy camper.
Def Jam Records founder Russell Simmons is saying that he wants “extreme curse words” removed from the music business entirely, especially slurs that are racist and/or sexist in nature. Isn’t that what Rap music is all about? Bitches and Whores?
