Speaking of weddings, Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and musician Josh Kelley exchanged wedding vows against a snowy backdrop in Utah. The private ceremony and reception was attended by Grey’s co-stars T.R. Knightly and Sandra Oh, as well as spin-off Private Practice star Kate Walsh, People magazine reported. Heigl walked down the aisle to a tune written by Kelley and performed by cello and guitar players, sources said. The 30-minute ceremony at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, was officiated by a Unitarian minister The bride and groom wrote their own vows, sources said. I wonder if she wore Gray? Oh forget it.
Wow now this is some heavy shizznit going on here. Ex-B2K star Raz B has accused the band’s former manager Chris Stokes of child molestation. Raz B – real name DeMario Thorton – makes the shocking revelations in a new internet video, in which he and his older brother, Ricardo, claim to have suffered at the hands of Stokes during their early teens.
And the 22-year-old Bump, Bump, Bump star believes his old band mates, Omarion, Lil’ Fizz and J-Boog, have also been victims of Stokes’ reported pedophilia. In video footage posted on YouTube.com, Raz B is seen being asked a series of questions by the sister of singer/actor Marques Houston – one of Stokes’ longtime clients – who has also been accused of taking part in the molestation. When asked when the inappropriate behavior first began, Raz B says, “It all started with Chris Stokes. Chris was like – let me touch you… I can’t speak for everybody, but if you want my personal opinion, I think he did (touch all group members).” Wow, I wonder if B2K actually stood for Boys 2 Kiss?
Everyone’s favorite party girl, Lindsay Lohan is denying allegations that she drank alcohol before crashing her Mercedes Benz into a van in Beverly Hills two years ago. The 21-year-old Mean Girls star is being sued over the crash, which injured the driver of the van. Lohan formally denied the claim in a court document dated December 15th. The man is suing Lohan for $200,000, claiming Lohan had been drinking at the Ivy restaurant, and was underage at the time of the crash. Lindsay Lohan being sober is just as funny as Jessica Simpson not being a Jinx.
2 more stories than it is nap time. Universal Music Group said on Monday that Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter is stepping down as president of its Def Jam Records unit, effective by the end of the year. Carter, 38, has been president of the rap label since 2005, and has signed acts including R&B singers Rihanna and Ne-Yo. Universal said Carter, also top-selling rap artist Jay-Z, will continue recording for its Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam label. But the company did not give a reason for his decision to quit the executive suite. “Now it’s time for me to take on new challenges,” he said in a statement. “I am pleased to have had the opportunity to build upon the Def Jam legacy,” he added. I wonder if one of those things is marrying Beyoncé? Hum.
And finally, Kid Rock spent his holidays oversees with the troops. He did 13 shows in 7 different countries in 5 days. During his performances he belted out to the American classic, “Sweet Home Alabama.” Good for him, apparently sleeping with Pam Anderson didn’t effect with his heart.
