Happy Monday Kiddies and away I go…Might I add, Big Update Today Bitches.
Heidi Montag said in Twitter updates from Pasadena, California, that she and fellow The Hills star Spencer Pratt have married for a second time. People.com said Montag, 22, offered fans and friends routine updates on the social networking service regarding her most recent nuptials with her 25-year-old boyfriend. “This is going to be the best day of my life,” the actress wrote in one Twitter posting. “Thank you God for Spencer.” Nearly 200 guests were in attendance for the wedding ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church Saturday, a far cry from the couple’s impromptu wedding ceremony in Mexico five months ago. People.com said the MTV reality show stars did not invite any friends or family members to their Mexican wedding. The couple’s wedding on Saturday was preceded Friday night by a rehearsal dinner at the restaurant Cut that drew 40 guests as well as multiple camera crews, People.com said. All I know is that I have the entire year of 2011 in the divorce pool…IE if they can make it till 2011, I win bucko bucks.

Emmy Award-winning actress Bea Arthur, best known as star of the hit TV comedies “Maude” and “Golden Girls,” has died at age 86, entertainment news websites reported on Saturday. Arthur, a longtime stage actress whose comic timing and deadpan delivery were a perfect fit for her sharp-tongued roles on the two series, died of cancer at her Los Angeles home, celebrity website TMZ reported. Representatives for the actress, who won best-actress Emmys — America’s top television award — for both “Maude” and “Golden Girls,” could not immediately be reached for comment. CNN also reported her death. Born Beatrice Frankel in New York on May 13, 1922, Arthur began performing in college and appeared in a number of Broadway and off-Broadway roles, winning a Tony Award opposite Angela Lansbury in “Mame.” In the early 1970s, Arthur appeared on the groundbreaking television comedy “All in the Family” as Edith Bunker’s fiercely liberal cousin Maude, and producers who saw gold in the role quickly devised a spinoff for the character. “Maude” debuted on CBS in 1972 and became one of the top-rated sitcoms on U.S. television during its six-season run. Arthur followed that show with “Golden Girls,” an unlikely hit from 1985 to 1992 that featured four female retirees living together. Central to the popularity of “Golden Girls” was the comic interplay between Arthur’s character and her mother, played by Estelle Getty — who in real life was a year younger and who also won an Emmy for the show. Getty died last July at the age of 84. Wow, she will definitely be missed. I remember those pathetic nights in grade school where I would watch Golden Girls on my Saturday Nights waiting for the phone to ring.

Jay Leno was released from a hospital on Friday, one day after checking in with an undisclosed illness that forced the comedian to cancel a taping “The Tonight Show” for the first time in 17 years as host. Leno’s spokesman Dick Guttman said the popular TV talk show star was held overnight Thursday for observation. He did not disclose what ailed the comedian, but said it was not symptomatic of any major health problem. NBC said it expects Leno to return to the show on Monday. It was the first time Leno, who turns 59 on Tuesday, has missed a scheduled appearance on “The Tonight Show” since he started hosting the show in 1992, except for one episode several years ago in which he traded places with news and talk show anchor Katie Couric, NBC said. Conan O’Brien will take over as host of “The Tonight Show” on June 1, and Leno will have his own week-night program in prime-time this fall. Wow, the first time in 17 years? I usually call in sick in the first 3 months.

Britney Spears’ Circus tour is taking its toll on the pop superstar – high-energy dance routines are leaving her dizzy and nauseous, and costing her clumps of her hair. In a new YouTube.com video of one of her most recent shows in North America, a suspended dancer clearly yanks off a handful of hair from Spears’ wig as he attempts to pull her into the air with him. Meanwhile, insiders claim Spears is struggling with her energetic dance routines. A source tells Britain’s The Mirror, “The choreography is insane – it’s so fast it is really taking its toll on her. There is one move during (the song) “Touch Of My Hand,” where two guys dangle from the ceiling and pick her up upside down, which is really getting to her. “She spins around for nearly five minutes some nights. The blood rushes to her head and when she gets down she complains of nausea and dizziness. There have been a couple of times when she ran off stage and vomited.” Let’s give her credit where credit is due. She is making her way through the tour guys.

Rapper/actor Xzibit is facing foreclosure on his California home after failing to hand over more than $21,000 in mortgage payments. The “Hey Now” hitmaker’s financial problems were revealed earlier this month when documents leaked online showing he owed more than $500,000 in unpaid taxes. But Xzibit’s money woes don’t end there – according to TMZ.com, bank officials have sent him an official note warning him his Woodland Hills mansion is at risk. The website claims the hip-hop star, real name Alvin Joiner, is at least $21,403.98 in debt over mortgage back payments. Oh no, it appears that he will now have to sign on for another 5 seasons of Pimp my ride.

Miss Jennifer Lopez is convinced her baby daughter Emme will follow in her footsteps – because the tot has inherited her mum’s diva-like attitude. Emme and her twin Max celebrated their first birthdays in February, and Lopez reveals she and husband Marc Anthony are starting to notice familiar personality traits in the pair. During an appearance on Rachael Ray, due to air on Friday, the superstar says, “We call her Emme-tude because we’re like, ‘She’s giving us Emme-tude right now.’ “She gets that from her dad. I’m kidding… she gets it from me.” But Lopez insists little Max is most like his mother, adding, “Me and Marc are always claiming he’s got my head and he’s got my mouth.” Well you know what they say…Like mother like daughter.

After much speculation about the nature of the relationship involving Slumdog Millionaire stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, Patel’s mother Anita has confirmed to a British newspaper that the pair are very much a couple. “First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place,” Mrs. Patel is quoted as saying in Monday’s Daily Mirror. “Life can’t get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful, and I am really happy for them.” Her comments come just days after Patel, 19, jetted to Israel to spend a whirlwind date with the Mumbai beauty, 24. “Yes, we knew he was flying to Israel to see her,” said Patel’s mother. Oh young love. So adorable.

And finally, After a six-year hiatus, multi-platinum selling Orlando-based rock band Creed have returned with a new record tentatively titled Full Circle. “We never felt like we weren’t together,” says frontman Scott Stapp. “We’re not looking at this as a reunion. It’s more of a rebirth.” Though they stayed in touch through holiday cards and the occasional phone call, the group refrained from recording together in order to, “explore other creative outlets and build the main priority in all of our lives, which is our family,” says Stapp. Yeah, that means nothing to me.
