Reality TV star Richard Hatch is back behind bars – three months after he was sentenced to home confinement.  Hatch, the winner of Survivor: Borneo in 2000 was arrested on Tuesday and hauled off to a Massachusetts county jail used to temporarily hold federal prisoners.   The reason for his imprisonment has yet to be confirmed by representatives of the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office.   Hatch was indicted and sentenced to four years behind bars in 2005 for failing to pay tax on the $1 million prize he’d earned from the show and subsequent TV appearances.   Damn, when are “celebrities going to learn?”

A lawyer for Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart says he will sue anyone who posts or broadcasts a sexy private tape starring the married U.S. acting couple.  Marty Singer told TMZ the video — featuring Dane, Gayheart and 2002 Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche with their clothes off is “a private, confidential tape.”  “From what I’ve seen, it’s a naked tape, not a sex tape,” Singer told the celebrity Web site. “At most, it’s three people maybe wanting to have sex.  “Dane is a cast member of TV’s “Grey’s Anatomy” and Gayheart is best known for her work on the 1990s young adult soap “Beverly Hills 90210.”  See I wonder if it will be long before we see a video of the Obama’s doing the nasty.

Lil Wayne has confirmed speculation he is to become a dad twice this year.  The rapper, real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., is expecting a child with his on/off girlfriend Nivea.   It has been widely reported that actress Lauren London is also pregnant with his baby, but the star refused to admit or deny the rumors.   But he revealed during a radio interview Tuesday that London is in fact carrying his child.   The DJ conducting the interview said to Wayne, “Lauren London, she fine.  She very pregnant with your baby,” to which Wayne replied, “Very pregnant, yes.”   The DJ then offered his congratulations to the Lollipop hit maker, who happily accepted, reports MTV.com.   The hip-hop star already has a nine-year-old daughter, Reginae, from his marriage to childhood sweetheart Antonia Carter, and he is father to son Dwayne Michael Carter III – although the mother’s identity is unknown.  Um, didn’t your dad ever tell you to cover your stump before you hump Weezie?

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg dismissed a report claiming rapper 50 cent plans to perform at a fair in the rapper’s old neighborhood in Queens.  The New York Post said Bloomberg made the remarks after it reported the city’s police department was preparing for potential violence at the Aug. 30 event in Jamaica, Queens.  The rapper and former crack dealer, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has a habit of wearing a bulletproof vest in public following a 2002 incident in the neighborhood in which he was shot nine times.  Law-enforcement sources told the newspaper they feared someone might try to assault him again if he performed in public there, but Bloomberg said the rapper isn’t scheduled to take the stage.  “Our understanding after talking with 50 Cent is he has no plans to perform whatsoever. He might go, but he’s not going to perform,” the Post quoted Bloomberg as saying.  OH come on Bloomberg, he deserves a second chance.

Country queen Shania Twain has joined the growing cast of celebrity guest judges on American Idol following Paula Abdul’s departure from the show.  The country star will join the judging panel when the show hits Chicago, Illinois at the end of August.   She follows Victoria Beckham, Katy Perry and Mary J. Blige, who have already signed up to offer up their opinions to wannabe stars.   Abdul quit the show earlier this month.  Wait, so she is going to leave the sexless cult?

Speaking of Idol guest judges,   add a Jonas to the mix of celebrity judges on American Idol. A rep for the Jonas Brothers confirms to PEOPLE that Joe Jonas will serve as a guest judge in Dallas on Monday.  Foxnews.com first reported Jonas would be a judge on Idol.

Céline Dion, who is now expecting her second child is “very excited,” says her doctor, Dr. Zev Rosenwaks, who performed the in vitro fertilization procedure that made the 41-year-old singer’s pregnancy possible. When he called her earlier this week to say the pregnancy test was positive, “You could hear her chuckling,” he says. “She was very happy. So was René. They are both very thankful.”   Rosenwaks, director of the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine at New York-Presbyerian Hospital/Weill Cornell Center Medical Center, implanted a embryo that had been kept frozen in liquid nitrogen for the past eight years. “She is very, very early in her pregnancy,” says her doc.  I bet her baby might get lost in her giant camel toe.  And is it healthy for her 120 year old husband to be a dad?

And the Top reason to read this story?  Britney is a bikini.  The pop star stripped down to a little black bathing suit and tucked a red hibiscus in her hair to deliver the Top 10 list Tuesday night in her return to The Late Show with David Letterman.   In her first appearance since a cameo three years ago, Spears struck one sexy pose after another, crossing and uncrossing her legs, in the pre-taped segment in which she counted down the way things would be different if she were president.  Care to see it? Kourtney Kardashian’s unplanned fertilization forced the shocked reality TV star to make one of the most difficult decisions in her life: Would she have the baby or terminate the pregnancy?   “I definitely thought about it long and hard, about if I wanted to keep the baby or not, and I wasn’t thinking about adoption,” Kardashian, 30, who was shooting E!’s Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami at the time, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I do think every woman should have the right to do what they want, but I don’t think it’s talked through enough. I can’t even tell you how many people just say, ‘Oh, get an abortion.’ Like it’s not a big deal.”  Yeah, good move keeping the baby.

And finally, No need for her castmates to do any digging! The outspoken Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes is coming right out with a revelation from her past: She was a stripper. And she’s not ashamed.  In her new memoir, Never Make the Same Mistake Twice, in stores now, the reality star opens up about her struggles with abusive relationships and the trials she endured. At one point, Leakes writes in a chapter called “What You Won’t Do, You’ll Do For Love,” she took a job as a stripper at an Atlanta club.  “Yes, I was a stripper, a woman who took her clothes off and danced for dollars,” she writes. “Let the judgment ensue. I mean, it’s easy enough to do, right?”  Ha, I have to ask myself.  Why am I always amused by “celebrities” past lives?  It always amuses me.

Twilight co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have fueled rumors they’re dating in secret – after they were snapped kissing at a concert in Canada.  A crafty fan grabbed a snap of the pair smooching in the audience at a Kings of Leon gig in Vancouver on Saturday night.   It comes just days after actress Jennie Garth revealed Pattinson was dating an un-named cast member – gossip she’d obtained from her Twilight-starring husband Peter Facinelli.   She told the New York Daily News, “I can’t say (who it is), because that would be breaking my promise (to husband Facinelli), but he (Pattinson) is dating one of them.”  Yeah, I guess I will climb on board with this whole twilight saga.

 

 

 

 

Singer Donny Osmond, reality TV’s Kelly Osbourne and former U.S. House of Representatives Majority Leader Tom DeLay are to compete on “Dancing with the Stars.”  The roster for Season 9 of the dance competition series also includes actress Melissa Joan Hart, singer Aaron Carter, model Kathy Ireland, former Dallas Cowboy Michael Irvin, snowboarder Louie Vito, “Iron Chef” star Mark Dacascos and model Joanna Krupa, People.com reported Monday.  Rounding out the latest “DWTS” cast are singer Mya, actor-comedian Ashley Hamilton, actress Debi Mazar, U.S. Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin, ultimate fighting champ Chuck Liddell and singer Macy Gray.  The names were announced on Monday’s edition of “Good Morning America.”  Um Since when is Tom Delay a star?   Something smells kind of fishy here, like a fish out of water.

 

 

 

 

Michael Jackson’s father, Joe, says the late pop star will be buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles on what would have been his 51st birthday.  Jackson told the New York Daily News his son, who died June 25, is due to be interred the morning of Aug. 29.  The burial plans reportedly were completed in the past few days. A public funeral was held for Michael Jackson July 7.  The results of an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the recording artist’s death have not yet been released.  Lets see here, Twilight story? Jessica Simpson’s publicist denied a newspaper report the singer-actress is campaigning to take over for Paula Abdul as an “American Idol” judge.  Abdul recently announced she would not be returning to the popular singing competition series next season.  The New York Post reported Simpson’s manager-father, Joe, is lobbying the show’s producers to hire her as Abdul’s replacement.  However, Simpson’s representative told Usmagazine.com, “There is absolutely no truth to this.”  Yeah, J-Sis, you are no Paula.

 

 

 

 

Lit drummer Allen Shellenberger died on Thursday following a battle with brain cancer. He was 39.  Shellenberger founded the pop punk band with bassist Kevin Baldes and brothers A. Jay and Jeremy Popoff in the early 1990s, before scoring a number one hit on the Billboard Modern Rock chart with ‘My Own Worst Enemy in 1999.  The group went on to tour with No Doubt, Garbage and the Offspring, and recruited Pamela Anderson to guest star in their music video for Miserable, which depicted the band performing on the larger-than-life actress’ bottom.  Shellenberger was diagnosed with a malignant glioma brain tumor in 2008, and underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatment at the Cedars-Sinai Maxine Dunitz Neurosurgical Institute in Los Angeles.   Oh man, My Own Worst Enemy is one of my favorite songs to crank while driving in to Beaver Lake; it really is such a summer song.

 

 

 

 

Miley Cyrus is furious following weeks of speculation about her love life – she has taken to the internet to dismiss reports she has been romancing a new man.  The teen star has been single since she split from model Justin Gaston earlier this year, but tabloid gossip has linked her to numerous suitors since the break-up.   The 16 year old was most recently rumored to be dating Step Up 2: The Streets actor Adam Sevani and was also linked to an unnamed mystery man while she was filming new movie The Last Song in Savannah, Georgia.   But Cyrus insists none of the romance rumors are true – and is urging internet gossips to stop speculating about her private life.   Yeah see the weird thing is Miley, you opted to be in the limelight by choosing to be a tween princess.

 

 

 

 

Michael Phelps told police that he drank a beer about an hour and 15 minutes before he was involved in a car accident last week, but alcohol wasn’t the reason for the incident, according to a police source.   On Thursday, Phelps was driving a Cadillac Escalade when it collided with a Honda Accord driven by a Maryland woman. The athlete showed no signs of alcohol impairment, and was not given a field sobriety test.   “No alcohol was involved. No drugs,” a police source said. “It was just a car accident.”  Once again, celebrities get off with a slap on the wrist.

 

 

 

 

When Kate Gosselin appeared on Monday’s episode of The Today Show. She told host Meredith Vieira that she still loves her soon-to-be ex, “the Jon I knew.” However, the stars of TLC’s Kate & Jon Plus 8 seem to have lost that loving feeling.   Around 6 p.m. Thursday, police arrived at the Gosselin family home in Wernersville, Pa., where the exes were engaged in a verbal argument. A source close to Kate Gosselin confirms she called police.   “The Police got there and calmed the situation down,” an officer tells PEOPLE. “No one was arrested and no citations were issued.”  Wow, what a bunch of smut, I am reporting today.

 

 

 

 

And finally, With nature and family as themes, actress Alyssa Milano wed Hollywood agent David Bugliari at his family’s estate in New Jersey on Saturday, her rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.   Milano, wearing a custom gown by Vera Wang and holding a bouquet of lily of the valley flowers, walked down an aisle strewn with cream-colored rose petals and natural grass to the tune of John Lennon’s “Imagine.”   The couple exchanged traditional vows under a wrought-iron gazebo decorated with willow, calla lilies and roses. Among the guests was actor Bradley Cooper, a friend of the groom.   “We wanted a wedding that was reflective of who we are as a couple” says Milano, who calls meeting her husband in 2006 “a lovely gift.”  Oh Man, another hottie off the market.

Miss Kelly Clarkson says she’s perfectly happy about her fluctuating weight. So why did Self magazine, in which she made the remarks, retouch its cover photo of the “American Idol” champ to make her look much thinner than she is in real life?  “Only to make her look her personal best,” says Self editor Lucy Danziger, adding that retouching is standard practice in the glossy magazine business.  Danziger’s admission in a blog this week on Self.com has touched off a furor only a few months after singer Jessica Simpson made celebrity news headlines when she was pictured looking heavy in an unflattering pair of high-waisted jeans.  Clarkson’s case is ironic because the singer talks about her weight in Self’s September issue, which is called the “Total Body Confidence Issue,” yet the magazine radically, altered her appearance on its cover.  “My happy weight changes. Sometimes I eat more; sometimes I play more. I’ll be different sizes all the time. When people talk about my weight, I’m like, ‘You seem to have a problem with it; I don’t. I’m fine!’  “I’ve never felt uncomfortable on the red carpet or anything,” Clarkson, 27, told Self.  It’s not the first time that Clarkson, a Grammy winner who has sold more than 20 million albums since winning “American Idol” in 2002, has been slimmed down for promotional reasons.  Yeah, Kelly, you know me.  I like girls with a little junk in her trunk.

Justin Timberlake has reportedly spent more than $18 million on a luxury New York property.  The ‘SexyBack’ singer, who is dating actress Jessica Biel, has invested in a sprawling 25.5 acre estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, which boasts a pool and spa, according to the New York Post’s gossip column PageSix.   And Timberlake managed to net himself a bargain, reportedly paying $18.7 million for the home instead of the initial $23.9 million price tag.  Damn you Timberlake, you got the home and the girl.

 

Twilight star Ashley Greene is threatening to sue anyone posting nude photographs of her online.  The actress was celebrating a big win at Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards when the revealing shots first appeared on Monday morning – and she’s furious.   In a bid to stop the candid shots, which features one full frontal snap, from spreading, Greene’s attorney is warning news websites not to post the pictures.   A statement from her legal representative reads, “The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action.”   The attorney tells PerezHilton.com, “Ms. Greene is the owner of the copyrights in these photos, and, as copyright owner, Ms. Greene owns the exclusive rights, among others, to reproduce, distribute, and to display the photos.”   Greene, 22, claimed the Choice Fresh Face Female Award at the Teen Choice Awards.  Yeah, people usually do answer to threats of lawyers.

Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson has given birth to her first child — a boy named David Daniel Otunga Jr, her publicist said on Tuesday.  Hudson, 27, suffered both triumph and tragedy in the last 12 months winning a Grammy award four months after the murders in her Chicago home town of her mother, brother and nephew.  The Oscar-winning star of “Dreamgirls” has been engaged for almost a year to actor David Otunga.  “The baby is beautiful and perfect,” said Hudson’s publicist Lisa Kasteler. “His parents are ecstatic.”  I wonder if the baby’s name is little punk.  And oh snap, I didn’t even know she got married, I thought she was getting fatter.

Cameron Douglas is being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City after he violated the terms of his home detention by allegedly asking his girlfriend to bring him an electric toothbrush with heroin stashed in it, corrections center spokesperson tells PEOPLE.   Douglas, 30, the son of actor Michael Douglas, had been released on bail and confined to a Manhattan apartment after his arrest on charges of distributing methamphetamine, also known as crystal meth.  Douglas, who faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison if convicted and could face life in prison, was under the watch of a private security company when his girlfriend, Kelly Sott, allegedly brought him a black bag that contained an electric toothbrush with about seven grams of heroin hidden in the battery compartment. A security guard discovered the drugs, and alerted authorities.  Wow, he really is a douche.

Heidi Montag, who graces the cover of the September issue of Playboy and admits the men’s magazine, provided inspiration when it came to her 2007 plastic surgery.   “When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys,” Montag, who also had a nose job, tells the magazine in an interview conducted by her husband, Spencer Pratt.   The star of The Hills, 22,  who married costar Pratt, 25, in April, says she’s not done making changes to her body. “I plan to get a few more upgrades … I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups,” she says.   Adds the newlywed, “I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for Spencer.”  Oh that Heidi, anything for attention.

The Killers’ frontman Brandon Flowers and wife Tana welcomed their second child last week, a baby boy named Gunner.   “Both baby and parents are healthy and happy,” Killers’ rep Jen Appel tells PEOPLE.   Speaking to the Kramp and Adler radio show shortly before taking the stage on Sunday at Lollapalooza in Chicago, the 28-year-old singer-songwriter confirmed the happy news. He went on to note the challenges presented by his distinctive last name. Good for them.  Now if he could only give birth to another hit single.  Oh I kid.

And finally, Jon and Kate didn’t actually share any screen time on Monday’s episode, titled “Beach and Kitchen Reveal,” but that didn’t exactly quash their war of words, either.  While Kate was vacationing with her eight kids in Bald Head Island, N.C., enjoying the beach, a bacon breakfast and chocolate pudding, which the kids used as body paint, Jon was home in Pennsylvania supervising construction of their new kitchen. And, let’s just say, he was happy to do it — alone.  “Kate and I needed a break from each other so it was nice that she could take the kids to the beach and I could oversee cabinet construction,” he said earlier in the episode, though he did acknowledge that he misses the kids when they’re gone.  Yeah, Sweetie, I would need a break from you as well with all of your nagging and stuff.
