There have been rumors of a break-up for a while now, and now sources are reporting that Mr. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have indeed called it quits.  According to the Us Weekly, Justin broke up with Jessica over the phone about a month ago, and she’s taking it really hard.  A source tells Us Weekly Jessica is in “severe denial and won’t accept” the split, while another friend tells the publication, “There’s no way of knowing if it’s a firm breakup, because with them it’s so hot and cold.”  But People magazine has published a very different story – that they’re definitely still on.  According to People.com, an insider says, “They’re together. They’re not breaking up. Any time they spend time apart it’s because they’re working.”   But the source went on to say, “Things have been a bit up in the air recently. They’ve been spending more time apart – more time with each of their friends, and they’ve been reevaluating their relationship.  Just like many a celebrity relationship on the rocks, for Biel and Timberlake, only time will tell.   The same time will tell when his band mate JC comes out of the closet.

Model Kathy Ireland became the latest celebrity booted from the dance competition series, “Dancing with the Stars,” Tuesday night.   Previously eliminated from Season 9 of the show were singer Macy Gray and actor Ashley Hamilton.   ”I wouldn’t change a minute of it,” Ireland, who had been partnered with professional dancer Tony Dovolani for the show, told People magazine after learning their fate. “To be able to work with Tony the past six weeks has changed my life forever. I can do so many things I never thought I could do. I feel like the biggest winner because I got him as my teacher.”   Personally, I would rather be in Ireland, Kathy Ireland.  What a looker.

Tori Spelling’s publicist said the actress and reality television personality was hospitalized Tuesday with an unknown stomach ailment.   Spelling is best known for her 10-year run on the young adult, nighttime soap opera, “Beverly Hills, 90210.” She now co-stars with her husband, Dean McDermott, on the reality show, “Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Home.” The couple are the parents of two toddlers.   ”Tori went to the hospital last night for abdominal pain,” her representative told Usmagazine.com Tuesday. “They released her last night. … She wasn’t feeling better today so she returned to the hospital for more tests.”   ”T is in the hospital now with severe stomach pains. We’re trying to get her comfortable,” McDermott said via Twitter Monday night. He later Tweeted that she had left the hospital after undergoing numerous tests.  No not shovel face.  I hope he is ok.

The New York Medical Examiner’s office says the death of celebrity disc jockey Adam Goldstein last month has been declared an accidental drug overdose.   Goldstein, who was known professionally as DJ AM, was found dead in his Manhattan apartment at the age of 36.   The recovering drug addict reportedly suffered a lapse after years of sobriety when he took painkillers to ease his suffering following a 2008 plane crash that left him and his musician friend, Travis Barker, seriously injured and four others dead.   ME spokeswoman Ellen Borakove told Usmagazine.com the cause of Goldstein’s death was “accute intoxication” due to the combined effects of cocaine, Oxycontin, Vicodin, Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole, a substance commonly used by drug dealers to cut cocaine.  Oh wow, those are some heavy drugs.

“Jon & Kate Plus 8,” the U.S. reality series in which the parent stars are divorcing, will become “Kate Plus 8″ in November, TLC announced Tuesday.   ”The program will continue to capture the incredible lives of the eight Gosselin children and their family, but will now include a deeper focus on Kate’s role in the family and her journey as a single mother building the next chapter in her life,” the network said in a release. “TLC will continue its exclusive relationship with Jon Gosselin and he will continue to appear on the show, but on a less regular basis.”   ”Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family. The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers. Additionally the network is in development on a Kate project for 2010,” Eileen O’Neill, TLC’s president and general manager, said in a statement.   Kate Gosselin said on her Facebook page Monday that “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ may not be renewed for a sixth season because of plunging ratings.   Gosselin and her husband Jon became media sensations as the stars of their own show about raising twins and sextuplets.   Yeah, how long before Jon gets his own reality show.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fred Durst has confirmed he and Esther Nazarov, his wife of less than three months, have separated.  Durst is the lead singer for the band Limp Bizkit.  “For those of you inquiring I will confirm that Esther and I have decided to go our separate ways and we both thank you for your support,” Usmagazine.com quoted Durst as saying in a Twitter posting Monday. “Thank you all SO much for your concern and extremely kind words. Sincerely. We remain very positive and wish only the best for each other.”  Durst and Nazarov married in Las Vegas in July.  Well that is 2 and a half months longer than I would have given them.

Lauren Conrad’s Novel LA Candy is being made into a movie!   The executive producers of Twilight Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey have purchased the film rights to the book through their Temple Hill company. Lauren is expected to be an executive producer.   Bowen told Variety, “Lauren, who became an icon in that reality show world, came to us with a structure of how to tell the story in an interesting fashion that was separate and apart from the book. We loved her take. Her book is an honest portrayal of what it must be like to set out to be normal, then sign on to become famous and eventually realize, wow, this isn’t at all what I’d planned for myself.”   The book is loosely based on Lauren’s life, with the main character Jane living in Hollywood. Lauren is expected to write two more books under her agreement with Harper Collins.  Yeah, the book sucked.  I tried to read it and I barely made it through the first 10 pages.

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s publicist says the actress and her beau, Jamie Kennedy, are still dating, despite an Internet report claiming they’ve broken up.   The two co-star on the television series “Ghost Whisperer.”   Although blogger Perez Hilton reported on his Web site Kennedy “has been cheating on Jennifer Love Hewitt with his ex-girlfriend, Shannon Funk,” Hewitt’s representative told Usmagazine.com: “This is a completely fabricated story made up by a disgruntled former employee, terminated for cause. Jamie and Jennifer are happy and still together.”   The magazine said Kennedy also shot down the accusation, writing on his Twitter page the report is “untrue and slanderous.  Oh crap, I was excited.  She is too good for a slug like Jamie Kennedy.

 

 

 

 

Reality television personality Khloe Kardashian and Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom married Sunday afternoon after dating for about a month.  People.com said the formal wedding took place outside on the grounds of the Beverly Hills, Calif., home of music mogul and family friend, Irving Azoff. The event reportedly was taped for an upcoming episode of the reality TV series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”  Among the celebrities to attend the service were Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osborne, Kobe Bryant, Chelsea Handler, Lara Spencer, Brittney Gastineau and Lala Vazquez.  Kardashian’s stepfather, Bruce Jenner, walked her down the aisle, while her sisters, Kim and Kourtney, were at her side, the magazine said.  The bride wore a Vera Wang gown and carried a white nosegay of roses, stephanotis and lilies of the valley, the magazine said.  Wow, that was kind of shotgunnish, my vote is she is preggers.

 

 

 

 

Now on to real celebrities getting married, Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy have gotten married, a source who attended the wedding.   Danes, 30, and Dancy, 34, tied the knot in a quiet ceremony in France a few weeks ago, according to the source.   The pair met while filming the movie Evening in Newport, R.I., and revealed their engagement in February.   In April, Danes’s pal Mamie Gummer, who appeared with the pair in Evening, said the bride-to-be was very “calm” about her upcoming nuptials.  Yeah, bring back My So Called Life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Saturday Night Live” boss Lorne Michaels says new cast member Jenny Slate feels terrible about using an obscenity during the U.S. show’s season premiere.  This past weekend’s 35th season opener also marked Slate’s debut on the sketch comedy series.  The Washington Post said the swear word, which was unintentionally uttered during a sketch titled “Biker Chick Chat,” had not been heard on the show since cast member Charles Rocket said it 28 years ago.  The word was said again at 12:43 a.m. ET Sunday, but was eliminated from the subsequent West Coast and Midwest re-broadcasts, the Post reported.  After Slate said the word, she blew out her cheeks in apparent acknowledgement of the slip and went on with the skit without further incident.  “It was literally her first time on the show. There was nothing dirty, just a slip of the tongue. It was ‘frickin’, frickin’, frickin’ ‘ and then boom! The pain that Jenny is going through is, I’m sure, (is) considerably worse than that experienced by anybody who saw it,” Michaels, the show’s executive producer, told the newspaper.  Well, I guess it really is live.

 

 

 

 

Miss Britney Spears wrapped up the U.S. leg of her “Circus” concert tour in Las Vegas Sunday night.  Reports have said singers Lance Bass and Barry Manilow attended her 90-minute show at Mandalay Bay. The concert capped her seven-month tour of the United States.  Spears is also scheduled to perform several concerts in Australia in November.  Well I guess I owe my buddy Roger 20 bucks.  I thought she would have gotten through about 20 shows.

 

 

 

 

Speaking of Britney, she will share equal custody of her sons with Kevin Federline until 2010, after a judge extended an agreement allowing her to see the kids during her Circus world tour.  The superstar singer negotiated a deal with ex-husband Federline earlier this year, which allowed her to take her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, around the world while she undertakes her latest global trek.   Federline – who has primary custody of the children – traveled with Spears’ entourage, and the deal worked out so well for all parties that Spears was granted extra time with her kids, splitting custody equally with her ex.   The deal was initially agreed until the end of August, but lawyers for both parents have agreed to extend the order until the end of 2009.   The ‘Toxic’ hitmaker will still be allowed 50/50 custody, and even more at certain times, according to TMZ.com.  Woohoo, what a great year and tour she had.

 

 

 

 

“When my doctors at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles said the words ‘pancreatic cancer,’ a single thought popped into my head: I’m a dead man.”   So says the late actor Patrick Swayze, who two weeks ago who dies at the diseas at age 57. His inner thoughts on his acting career, his illness and his legacy are being aired in his audio book Time of My Life, which Simon & Schuster is releasing Tuesday.   In the tapes, which Swayze narrated himself the actor recalls how he sank into a miasma of “anger, bitterness and despair” soon after finding out that he wasn’t likely to live past a few months? News of his cancer diagnosis was first announced in spring 2008. He wrote his memoirs in June 2009 at his home in New Mexico.  Who needs this crap?  Not me.

 

 

 

 

And finally, Pamela Anderson says she’s not bankrupt – thank you very much – and is firing back against allegations that she owes more than $1 million to contractors and back taxes.   “I’m financially secure and I want to thank everyone who expressed concern for me based on these rumors,” Anderson said in a statement Monday. “I am actually touched at how much concern has been expressed for me over this. It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors.”   L.A. County records show that five construction companies have filed liens for unpaid bills for remodeling work done on the star’s Malibu home, with one company claiming $674,043 alone for “labor and materials … to remodel main house, construct swimming pool, and construct foundations for guest house.”  Yeah, a couple of porno movies and she can get that paid off.

Well this is interesting and a little sad.  John Travolta frantically tried to save his son by performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, the actor told a Bahamian court on Wednesday in the trial of two people accused of attempting to extort $25 million from him.   Former senator Pleasant Bridgewater, 49, and former paramedic Tarino Lightbourne, 47, are accused of conspiring and attempting to extort money from Travolta by means of threats. Bridgewater is also accused of abetment to extortion.   Travolta, with actress wife Kelly Preston looking on, told the court how the couple raced downstairs at their Grand Bahama vacation home in a desperate bid to save 16 year-old Jett after being alerted to their son’s plight when a nanny pounded on their bedroom door.  Jett Travolta died in January during the family’s New Year’s vacation in the Bahamas. His death certificate listed the cause as seizure disorder.  Lightbourne was a paramedic at the scene. Bridgewater’s role has not been clarified publicly.  The Bahamas director of public prosecutions, Bernard Turner, told the court on Tuesday that following Jett’s death, Travolta was threatened with the release of potentially damaging statements if money was not paid.   Travolta told the Bahamian Supreme Court that his son was autistic and suffered from a seizure disorder. He would suffer a seizure every five to 10 days, and Travolta said the seizures would last for 45 seconds to minutes.   The actor said that around 10:15 a.m. on January 2, while staying at the Old Bahama Bay Resort, he was awakened by Eli Wheaton, one of Jett’s nannies, who was pounding on his bedroom door. The actor said he and his wife ran downstairs to help their son.   ”I saw him on the bathroom floor. Jeff Kathrein, his other nanny, and a woman from Old Bahama Bay were doing CPR,” Travolta said. The actor said he took the place of the woman doing CPR.   ”Jeff Kathrein was doing compression and I was doing breathing,” Travolta said.   Wow, I probably would have been better off not knowing this information.

Heather Locklear is returning to ‘Melrose Place’ – the actress will reprise her role as Amanda Woodward in the remake of the 1990s show.  The star had previously turned down an offer to join the cast of the revamped TV hit, because she was not convinced writers could find a way of bringing her scheming character back.   However, she met with show bosses again last month and agreed to film new scenes for the program – although it’s unknown how long Locklear’s stint will last.   Executive producers Todd Slavkin and Darren Swimmer are delighted to have Locklear on board.   They say in a statement, “We’re ecstatic to have the chance to bring Amanda Woodward back to Melrose Place.   ”Heather’s involvement in the show is something we’ve been working on for some time as we couldn’t imagine creating and producing this show without the iconic character’s inclusion.”   Locklear’s first episode will air November 17.  Good, maybe that will breathe some life in to this fantastic but ratings challenged show.

Actress Mackenzie Phillips says she had a sexual relationship with her father, singer John Phillips of The Mamas and the Papas, beginning when she was 19.  The 49-year-old former star of TV’s “One Day at a Time” has long battled an addiction to drugs. Her memoir, High on Arrival, goes on sale Wednesday.  John Phillips died in 2001 at age 65.  “On the eve of my wedding, my father showed up, determined to stop it. … I had tons of pills, and Dad had tons of everything too. Eventually I passed out on Dad’s bed,” People.com quoted her as writing in the book.  “My father was not a man with boundaries. He was full of love, and he was sick with drugs. I woke up that night from a blackout to find myself having sex with my own father. Had this happened before? I didn’t know. All I can say is it was the first time I was aware of it. For a moment, I was in my body, in that horrible truth, and then I slid back into a blackout.”  She said the sexual relationship became consensual.  “I was a fragment of a person, and my secret isolated me,” she wrote. “One night, Dad said: ‘We could just run away to a country where no one would look down on us. There are countries where this is an accepted practice. Maybe Fiji.’ He was completely delusional. ‘No,’ I thought, ‘we’re going to hell for this.’”  Um, Ewwww.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has given birth to a daughter she named Charlotte Grace, her publicist said.  Gellar’s first child with her husband, actor Freddie Prinze Jr., was born Saturday, E! News said.  The couple has been married for seven years.  “The family is over the moon,” Gellar’s representative told People.com.  Gellar is best known for her work on TV’s “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”  She and Prinze have appeared together in the films “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and “Scooby-Doo.”  I will take her off my top 5 celebrities I would bang list, she is now tainted goods.

Why hire an actress to play the coolest deejay in town when you can get the real thing? The producers of 90210 have confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE that Samantha Ronson, the celebrity deejay and on-and-off again girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan has filmed an episode of the CW show.  Ronson’s scenes take place in a club where hip-hop star Pharrell and his group N.E.R.D. also perform. Her role also has her advising the character, Navid, played by Michael Steger, on matters of the heart.   There is no word yet on whether or not Ronson will be return to the famous zip code for another stint. Her episode will air the CW on Nov. 3.  I wonder if she will bring the crazy with Lindsay to the studio.

Less than two months after he acknowledged that a model he had dated was pregnant with his child, Jude Law is a father – again.   A friend of the family tells PEOPLE that Samantha Burke, the 24-year-old aspiring actress whom Law met while filming Sherlock Holmes in New York City last year, gave birth to a daughter Tuesday night.   “I doubt Jude was there,” says the source. “Besides the financial support, he’s not involved.” The source adds: “Samantha is doing well” after the birth.   Law, 36, who has three other children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, is currently appearing in a Broadway production of Hamlet, now in previews.  Yeah, apparently he has super semen.

 

 

 

 

 

At a recent photo shoot, Kendra Wilkerson reveals she doesn’t need makeup and stylish clothes to feel glamorous. She says she’s got the ultimate beauty trick – a growing baby bump.   “I feel more beautiful than ever right now,” the pregnant reality TV star, who is 24, on her blog, where she posted behind-the-scenes footage of a shoot she did for an upcoming magazine feature. “I want to get in as many photo shots as I can before the baby comes lololol. I can’t believe how soon it is!”  Yeah, I still think it is Hef’s baby.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And finally, Kevin Federline is about to slim down.   The father of four, who was married to little Miss Britney Spears, is joining the cast of Celebrity Fit Club, a rep for VH1 confirms to PEOPLE   Also appearing on the seventh season of the show will be Federline’s ex-girlfriend (and the mother of two of his kids) Shar Jackson, according to a source.   Federline, a former backup dancer, has been lambasted in the press for putting on weight since his Big D from Britney three years ago.   The newest season of Celebrity Fit Club premieres on VH1 Feb. 14, 2010.  Hells yeah, color me there.
